Each time a winning symbol is removed, it highlights its position on the grid. When a symbol is cleared from that same position for the second time, a multiplier of x2 is placed there, doubling in value every time another symbol is removed from the same spot – up to a maximum of x128. Any win that lands on a multiplier spot is boosted by it. If multiple multipliers are part of the same win, their values are added together. In the base game, highlighted multiplier spots are wiped once the spin ends and no further tumbles occur.

Free Spins

Hitting 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 scatters anywhere on the reels during the base game awards 10, 12, 15, 20, or 30 free spins, respectively. During free spins, highlighted positions and their multipliers stay on the grid until the round ends. That means they aren’t cleared after each free spin the way they are in the base game. Free spins can be retriggered during the round in exactly the same manner as the initial trigger.
