All modifiers function identically. Pragmatic Play understands how to package slots for its audience, and plenty of players will likely flock to this one. Still, anyone outside that core crowd may even find the name Triple Pot Diamond a bit tiresome. The title does at least spell out the concept: three pots, connected to three modifiers, and a kind of reprise of Triple Pot Gold. The “three modifiers” idea is also open to question, since each modifier produces essentially the same outcome, with the only real difference being that the multipliers are initiated by different scatter symbols on different reels. Beyond that, the effect is virtually identical. It’s a solid mechanic, but the limited variation—much like the name—can feel slightly repetitive.

Even so, the setup can certainly deliver. Triple Pot Diamond carries a 10,000x the bet maximum win, which is twice the cap of its predecessor. However, a closer look shows it’s not quite as jaw-dropping as it sounds, because the max win probability is much higher in Triple Pot Diamond than it was in the earlier game, which dulls the impact somewhat. Even with that caveat, it’s easy to see the appeal for the intended audience. The base-game money symbol collecting works well enough, but in free spins, being paid whenever a money symbol lands—without needing a collect symbol—adds far more excitement. That’s boosted further by the chance to increase rewards through growing position multipliers. So, while Triple Pot Diamond stays closely tied to its golden origins, its “three” modifiers are arguable and its max win probability is less inspiring, but it should still offer plenty of thrills for gamblers who fit the target profile.
