Temple of Fury: Slot Overview
Developer Four Leaf Gaming has created Temple of Fury Dream Drop, joining Relax Gaming’s fast-expanding collection of progressive jackpot titles. There’s also a standard, non-Dream Drop edition of Temple of Fury, and we’ll include the relevant figures whenever we reference it. Alongside five progressive jackpots with a possible top award of up to €3 million, Temple of Fury delivers four Fury features plus a couple of familiar Four Leaf Gaming mechanics – Nitro Spins, the Super Spinner, and Fortune Coins.
Get your sword and sandals ready, as Temple of Fury Dream Drop is a fantasy slot set in a knights-and-chivalry style world. There’s even a dragon, and in the jackpot version you’ll want it showing up often, since it’s used to uncover Dream Drop symbols during the Dream Drop Bonus phase. But first things first. The base game plays out in a castle-like setting on a 5×3 gaming grid with an extra reel on top that starts off locked. In practice, almost everything happens right here, because Temple of Fury Dream Drop doesn’t feature a separate free spins round that transports players elsewhere.

The jackpot edition, Temple of Fury Dream Drop, runs at an RTP of 94.1%, which is a touch higher than is typical for these releases, while the non-DD version sits at 95.21%. Using add-ons such as Nitro Spins changes the RTP, and every figure is clearly shown in the game info section for both versions. For jackpot hunters, it’s worth noting that higher stakes improve the likelihood of landing a jackpot, with betting options of 10 p/c to $/€100 per spin – up to $/€20 on the non-DD. Outside of jackpots, the overall win potential is unexpectedly modest, and so is volatility, which is rated at 1 out of 5.
With 3 rows in play, there are 99 ways to win; once the fourth row is unlocked, that total rises to 178. When a win lands, the contributing symbols stick in place and a respin is granted. Respins keep going as long as the win improves. Once it no longer increases, the game pays out the final result. For the low pays, Temple of Fury Dream Drop uses J-A card ranks, while the higher-paying icons are four heraldic symbols showing a dog (or wolf?), a deer, a lion, and a dragon. A 5 OAK hit returns 1-1.2x the bet for the royals and 2 to 10 times the bet for the premiums. Finally, the blazing W symbol acts as a wild, substituting for any other symbol.
Temple of Fury Dream Drop: Slot Features

If you’re on the Dream Drop version, the five progressive jackpots are clearly the headline attraction. Still, there are other elements to keep in mind too, including the Fury features, Fortune Coins, the Super Spinner, and Nitro Spins.
Fury Features
On every spin, up to 4 Fury features may be switched on at random:
- Extra Row – the top row unlocks, increasing the grid and adding more ways to win.
- Expand Wilds – any wild that lands will expand to fill the entire reel.
- Symbol Upgrade – one of the 4 low-pay symbols is selected randomly, and every instance on the reels is upgraded into the matching high-pay symbol.
- Extra Life – once no further winning symbols appear, an additional spin is awarded.
Fortune Coins
Fortune Coins appear randomly overlaid on regular low-pay symbols and are collected when they land. Coins can be used to buy or reduce the cost of bonus features. They can be gathered and spent across all Four Leaf Gaming games.
Super Spinner
Each time a Fortune Coin overlay is collected, the Super Spinner may trigger. If you change your stake, the number of coins collected adjusts in proportion to the bet. When it activates, the Super Spinner can award either a cash prize worth 60x to 500x the bet or 5, 10, 15, or 25 Nitro Spins. The Super Spinner can be activated with 500 coins.
Nitro Spins
With Nitro Spins turned on, they guarantee at least 1 feature on every spin, coins are collected more frequently, and the Super Spinner triggers more often. Nitro Spins increase the bet by 50% or cost 4 coins per spin.
Dream Drop
The Dream Drop Jackpot Spin may trigger randomly ahead of a standard spin. A single spin plays out on a 5×3 grid where only DD symbols can land. If 5 of them appear, players advance to the Dream Drop Bonus. In the Dream Drop Bonus, there are 5 reels, with one reel assigned to each jackpot. Crates drop onto the grid, and the dragon randomly burns them to reveal Dream Drop symbols. Whichever reel fills first with Dream Drop symbols awards the corresponding jackpot. This can be Rapid, Midi, Maxi, Major, or Mega, with starting amounts of €1, €5, €100, €25,000, or €500,000, respectively.

Temple of Fury Dream Drop: Slot Verdict
This isn’t the first Dream Drop release from Four Leaf Gaming; the studio previously launched Dueling Jokers Dream Drop, and the contrast between the two is huge. One delivered a bouncy 1970s disco vibe, while this one leans into fantasy combat complete with a fire-breathing dragon. Dream Drop titles, and slots more broadly, come in all shapes and styles, and Four Leaf Gaming has brought something that stands apart from much of the DD lineup.
That said, while Four Leaf Gaming does add some welcome variety to the Dream Drop space, many of Temple of Fury Dream Drop’s strengths end there. Beyond that, the game doesn’t really build into the kind of heat its theme suggests. The sticky win respins work as intended but can make play feel slow, and although the four Fury Features add activity, the experience may start to feel repetitive over time, with no major “next stop” to chase. Other than the Dream Drop, of course, which may be enough for some keyboard knights to keep swinging for. Non-jackpot maximum wins aren’t especially thrilling either, capped at 500x via the Super Spinner, or, if the grid expands and fills with the dragon premium, a 1,780x payout is on the table.
To be fair, those results wouldn’t be bad to land, but when you consider everything else Temple of Fury brings, it ends up feeling oddly lightweight. Apart from taking a run at progressive jackpots in a fantasy setting, it’s difficult to get too excited about the rest of Temple of Fury, particularly the non-jackpot version.
