Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop: Slot Overview
Relax Gaming is often linked with trains and, to a degree, ‘Tumbling’, yet the studio has also made a strong mark in the progressive jackpot arena thanks to the popularity and volume of its Dream Drop jackpot slots. If you’ve ever thought the Dream Drop lineup could use a few more dragons, the studio has answered with a fantasy-flavoured entry called Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop.
One of the first titles that sprang to mind when Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop appeared was Snake Arena, a previous Relax Gaming release that arrived toward the end of 2020. That said, Snake Arena later returned a couple of years on with Dream Drop added, of course. Both games share a sprite-like feel, with token-style symbols scattered around and small, cute characters shown from a top-down perspective. They also both lean into mythical creatures in imaginative worlds. Here, Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop starts out in a snowy, rocky landscape in the base game, then shifts indoors to somewhere far hotter for free spins and the Dream Drop Jackpot round.

The core playfield is a 5-reel grid with 4 positions per reel and 20 paylines. Sitting above and below the three central reels are 2 special bonus rows where standard pay symbols can’t land, though special symbols can. Powering it all is a highly volatile math model, and as a Dream Drop title the RTP is 94%, with stakes ranging from 20 c to $/€100 per round.
There are 8 pay symbols in Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop, split into 4 low pays and 4 higher-value icons. The low pays are 4 coin-style symbols showing axes, goblets, helmets, and dragons, each returning 3 times the bet for a 5-of-a-kind line hit. Above those are drinking horns, jewel-filled goblets, orbs, and dragon-wrapped gems, which pay 5 to 20 times the stake for a 5 OAK win. Wilds, including standard wilds and Dwarf Wilds, substitute for all pay symbols.
Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop: Slot Features

Alongside the well-known Dream Drop Jackpot, Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop includes Blazin’ Wilds, Flamin’ Respins, Fang’s Bonus Pick, Fiery Free Spins, Fang’s Mystery Prize, plus a bonus buy. It may read like a long list, but the mechanics are fairly straightforward.
Blazin’ Wilds
Fang the dragon can land on the bonus rows positioned above and below reels 2, 3, and 4. If a Fang and a Wild Dwarf symbol appear on the same reel, wild symbols spread to fill all positions between them. Fang can arrive showing a multiplier of x2 to x5. When wilds spread, the original wild has the multiplier applied to it. If Fang lands with a multiplier above and below a wild on the same reel, the original wild gets the multiplied value of the two Fangs as its multiplier. Any wilds above or below the original wild take the value from the nearest Fang.
Flamin’ Respins
Flamin’ Respins trigger when 3 Fang symbols fill a bonus row. You get 3 respins for each bonus row that’s filled with Fang symbols. Fang symbols remain held in place during the respins, boosting the chance of activating the Blazin’ Wilds feature.
Fang’s Bonus Pick
Fang’s Bonus Pick activates when 3 scatter symbols land anywhere on the screen. Players pick between Fiery Free Spins or Fang’s Mystery Prize:
- Fiery Free Spins – This option awards 9 free spins, with Fang symbols staying locked in place for the entire feature. Fang’s multiplier values may randomly increase at the start of any free spin. Hitting 3 or more scatter symbols retriggers the feature. For triggering or retriggering, one additional free spin is granted for each extra scatter symbol that lands.
- Fang’s Mystery Prize – Simple enough: choose this and hammers smash through ice to uncover a chest paying up to 5,000x the bet.
Jackpot Spin & Dream Drop Bonus
The jackpot spin randomly triggers at the beginning of a round and plays before the main spin. If 3 DD symbols land on the spin across reels 2, 3, and 4, the game moves into the Dream Drop Bonus. In the bonus, a wheel spins to award the Rapid, Midi, Maxi, Major, or Mega prize.
Feature Buy
In Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop, you can purchase direct access to Fang’s Bonus Pick. The price is 70x the bet and it comes with an RTP of 93.97%. The jackpot spin and Dream Drop Bonus may still randomly trigger when the bonus feature is bought.

Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop: Slot Verdict
After being genuinely impressed by the prior Relax Gaming release, Ancient Tumble, spinning Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop felt a bit like returning to normal levels. That’s not to dismiss what Fang’s Inferno DD offers, but it didn’t hit quite the same “wow” height. Still, it brings plenty of positives, from the look and feel to the gameplay, plus the chance to chase the DD network in a refreshingly different setting.
On the presentation side, as noted, it strongly recalled Snake Arena, and also Marching Legions; even titles like Hellcatraz or Rabcat’s Treasure Heroes came to mind in a smaller way. It’s charming, light-hearted, and visually appealing, and the top-down viewpoint pulls you into the action from a playful angle, like a board game or video game. The features also help keep engagement high. Blazin’ Wilds add personality by not only spreading wilds across reels but potentially bringing multipliers along for the ride. That keeps the base game lively and flows neatly into free spins where Fang symbols stick. Away from Dream Drop, the non-jackpot max win is limited to 5,000 times the stake.
That may seem modest next to the Mega Jackpot (depending on stake level), but it suits the game’s quirky, endearing tone. In short, Fang’s Inferno Dream Drop is a charming slot that plays with spreading and multiplying wilds while giving Dream Drop hunters a well-built fantasy world to get lost in.
