Rabbit Fields: Slot Overview
Ah, bunnies—public enemy number one for farmers, yet a firm favourite in online casino fields—are back in the spotlight in casino game maker Just For The Win’s farm slot Rabbit Fields. It feels like fans of the studio will flock to this one, while detractors may want to steer well clear. The suspicion comes from the fact that Rabbit Fields is essentially a clone/remake of Golden Fields, much like Stellar 7s was just a few months earlier. So yes: spreading wilds, unlimited free spins, super free spins, and a pick-style bonus game are all on the menu again.
Just For The Win also hasn’t exactly gone wild with imagination on Rabbit Fields’ presentation. To be fair, once you choose farmyard rabbits as a theme, the visual toolkit is fairly predictable. Think red barns, windmills, bright skies, crops and open fields—the usual. Still, there’s plenty of scope to do something different, as ELK Studios proved with Rabbit Royale, which took a darker angle on the farmer-versus-bunny dynamic, like a heavier take on the Peter Rabbit film. Rabbit Fields doesn’t go anywhere near that; it sticks to the cheerful, always-sunny vibe that dominates the farm slot genre.

The next sections may feel familiar, because Rabbit Fields’ maths and mechanics are basically a mirror of Golden Fields. The high volatility and default 96.13% RTP are unchanged. The same goes for the 29.84% hit rate, with wins landing across a 5-reel, 3-row layout where 30 paylines are used for evaluation. To play, you choose a stake from 20 c to $/€50 per spin.
Symbol-wise, Rabbit Fields is a bit of a mixed bag. From low to high, you’ll find 10-A card royals, then tomatoes, beets, horseshoes and diamonds rounding things out. A 5-of-a-kind line of royals returns 1 to 2 times the bet, while the other symbols pay 2.5 to 10 times the bet for a 5 OAK. Wilds can land on every reel, carry the same value as the top-paying symbol, and substitute for any standard paying symbol.
Rabbit Fields: Slot Features

Rabbit Fields keeps the same core feature set, even if a few labels have been tweaked. The line-up includes Carrot Sign symbols, Carrot Wilds, a bonus game, free spins, and Super Free Spins.
Carrot Sign Symbols
Each reel has a Carrot Sign counter displayed above it. Whenever a Carrot Sign symbol lands, it is added to the counter above that reel. Once a counter has collected 3 Carrot Sign symbols, it activates the Carrots Wild feature. Carrot Signs appear only in the base game and never on reels where Carrot Wilds are already active. Counters, Carrot Wilds, and any remaining reels carry over for each bet level.
Carrot Wilds
When this feature is triggered, a wild symbol is placed at the top of the respective reel. With each subsequent spin, the wild spreads one position down until it eventually fills the entire reel, forming a full stack of wilds. After a reel becomes stacked with wilds, it is removed on the next spin. Carrot Wilds can occur in the base game as well as in both free spins modes. Free spins scatter symbols remain visible through Carrot Wilds.
Bonus Game
Collecting a Bonus Token when it lands creates a chance of triggering the bonus game. Only Bonus Tokens gathered on the current spin contribute to that chance. If the bonus game and free spins trigger together, only free spins will start. The bonus game can only be entered from the base game. During the Bonus Game, players click on-screen items one by one to reveal a prize. Once three of the same prize type have been uncovered, the matching reward is paid out. The prizes are 15x, 40x, 200x, or 5,000x for the Mini, Minor, Major, or Mega win, respectively.
Free Spins
Free spins symbols can land on reels 2, 3, and 4 in the base game. Hitting 3 of them awards an unlimited free spins round. It starts with a win multiplier at x1, which increases by +1 after every spin. Carrot Wilds begin the feature on reel three, in the top position. In addition, if a regular wild symbol lands, it starts a Carrot Wild on that reel from the position where it appeared. Wilds won’t land on reels that already have active Carrot Wilds, and once no Carrot Wilds remain visible, the feature ends.
Super Free Spins
Landing 2 free spins symbols in the base game adds 1 point to the Super Free Spins Upgrade Meter. After 20 points have been collected (the meter cannot exceed 20), free spins are upgraded to Super Free Spins. In practice, this means the next time 3 scatters land, Super Free Spins are triggered instead. The key differences are a starting win multiplier of x5, plus Carrot Wilds that begin on reels 2 and 4 in the top position. The Upgrade Meter carries over at each bet level.

Rabbit Fields: Slot Verdict
It’s hardly shocking to see Just For The Win wheel out one of its go-to feature packages for another run. Variations of these extras have been around for a while—not only in Golden Fields, but also in slots like Stellar 7s, Amazon Kingdom, Trojan Kingdom, and, loosely speaking, Divine Riches Diana and Divine Riches Helios. Clearly, someone (or rather, plenty of people) is enjoying it, because Just For The Win wouldn’t keep recycling the formula and spraying it across new releases like a faulty sprinkler purely for entertainment.
There isn’t a great deal new to unpack in Rabbit Fields’ gameplay. You get the same quasi-Razor Shark-style momentum via the Carrot Wilds mechanic, which is tightly tied to both free spins modes—once the Carrot Wilds disappear from view, the round ends. Until that happens, wilds can do what they do best, so there’s that. The maximum win is still identical to Golden Fields at 5,000 times the bet, so if you reach the bonus game, you’ll be hoping your picks land nicely. Beyond that, there’s not a lot more to say.
Playing Rabbit Fields also raises broader thoughts about the developer as much as the slot itself. Just For The Win clearly has ability—they can put together attractive visuals, for one, and many of their gameplay concepts are solid. Still, it’s difficult to imagine the studio climbing from the mid-tier to the upper mid-tier space it seems stuck in if it keeps choosing the safe, low-risk route of rolling out the same familiar ideas again and again.
