PigsVille: Slot Overview
Ever pictured what a metropolis run by our porcine pals might look like? Stakelogic has answered that with PigsVille, an online slot set in a town seemingly inhabited entirely by pigs. It certainly looks that way, as the only “locals” you spot are pigs—like the one drifting across the sky in the background. You’ll also see pigs cruising past on motorbikes, which, oddly enough, is a familiar sight in slot land. Stakelogic even released its pig-bikers title Wild Hogs not long before PigsVille arrived. And in a twist that won’t surprise many, PigsVille is essentially a reskin of Wild Hogs, carrying over almost the exact same stats, numbers, and feature set.
PigsVille alternates between a city-themed base game and a countryside-style bonus setting. There are two key bonus types—free spins and a trail feature—which we’ll cover shortly. PigsVille may be closely related to Wilds Hogs, but the presentation is noticeably brighter. The scorched, gritty vibe is replaced by a lighter, breezier atmosphere. In turn, the tough, no-nonsense attitude of Wild Hogs gives way to something more upbeat and cartoonish. Neither approach is inherently superior—it’s simply a matter of taste.

During the base game and free spins, PigsVille uses a 6-reel grid with up to 6 rows showing on each reel, creating up to 46,656 ways to win. As with its predecessor, the default RTP is listed at 96.01%, and the math model volatility is high. Stakes range from 20 c to $/€100 per spin, and there are three bonus buy options available too.
Symbol-wise, payouts begin with J to A royals as the low values, followed by an icing biscuit, a cupcake, a doughnut, and a toffee apple as the mid-tier icons, with four cheerful pig characters making up the 4 top-paying symbols. Hitting 5 low symbols pays 0.2 to 0.3 times the bet, 5 matching mids return 0.8x the bet, and 5 of the high symbols award 2 to 8 times the bet. Wilds can appear on every reel except the leftmost. They replace all symbols apart from the bonus scatter. Winning icons are cleared via a tumble feature, with new symbols dropping in from above to fill the spaces. The tumble sequence stops once no further win is formed.
PigsVille: Slot Features

Wilds can be introduced to the grid through three wild modifier features, while the main highlights to watch for are Bonus Wheels, free spins, a Bonus Trail, and a Super Bonus Trail.
Wild Modifiers
Wild modifiers trigger at random, and when activated, one of the following outcomes occurs. As with standard wilds, they never land on the leftmost reel:
- Spawning wilds – generates up to 5 random multipliers ranging from x2 to x5.
- Expanding wilds – places up to x3 expanding wilds onto the grid.
- Wild streak – drops multiple wilds across a single row or across several rows of reels.
Bonus Wheel & Super Bonus Wheel
Hitting 3 scatter symbols on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5 activates the Bonus Wheel, while landing 4 scatter symbols triggers the Super Bonus Wheel. The Bonus Wheel can award free spins, the Bonus Trail or the Super Bonus Trail. The Super Wheel contains the same prizes, but with improved odds of landing the Super Bonus Trail or free spins with higher values.
Free Spins
When awarded, players receive 6 to 15 free spins. In this mode, all low-value symbols are removed from the base reels. Landing 3 or 4 scatters activates another Bonus Wheel.
Bonus Trail & Super Bonus Trail
This bonus uses a trail where players advance while collecting multiplier values, beginning with 3 lives. Each round, a number is revealed, and the player’s token moves that many spaces along the trail. Landing on a numbered spot adds that amount to an overall bet multiplier called the win bank. Landing on the same position twice or revealing an X on the mini reel loses a life. Once all lives are gone, the accumulated multiplier bank is awarded. Landing on a mystery position triggers the Golden reel, which reveals one of the following:
- A number – this value is added to every number on the board. In the Super Trail, this value is added to each board position at the start of each new move.
- Three Hearts – restores one life. This outcome cannot appear if all lives are currently active.
- Three Toffee Apples – boosts 3 board positions by x2 to x100. In the Super Bonus Trail, this value is added to three random positions at the start of each move.
- Three Lamps – refreshes the board and clears all marked-for-death positions.
- Three Treasure Chests – instantly pays a multiplier of x10 to x500. In the Super Bonus Trail, this value remains active, paying out repeatedly each game round.
Buy Bonus
Using the buy bonus, players may purchase the Bonus Wheel for 100x the bet, the Bonus Trail for 150x the bet, or the Super Trail for 250x the bet.

PigsVille: Slot Verdict
Wild Hogs was a strong title to review, and PigsVille holds up well too. That said, the second outing naturally feels less impactful, and the two themes couldn’t be more different. The cast in Wild Hogs came across like mischievous piggy troublemakers from the wrong side of the tracks, intent on causing chaos wherever their choppers took them. In PigsVille, the pigs feel more like the ones who hit the books, landed office jobs in the city, earned some cash, raised a family in a tidy middle-class pigsty in a respectable suburb, then had a midlife wobble and bought motorbikes before joining a biker club for well-to-do, respectable pigs.
Under the new coat of paint, the gameplay delivers much the same excitement as before. Free spins are helped along by removing low-pay symbols from the reels, which is a welcome change on a grid offering so many ways to win. The bonus trails, once again, resemble a simpler take on Relax Gaming’s Dead Man’s Trail bonus round. Still, both trail bonuses are enjoyable in their own right. The super version is the clear standout thanks to the ongoing nature of some of its mechanics. In terms of max potential, the same 5,000x the bet win cap is in place as in the earlier game.
Even though PigsVille is, on paper, just as strong as Wild Hogs, it didn’t feel quite as fun to play overall. A big factor is that the repeated feature set dulls the novelty, and that effect is heightened by PigsVille’s softer, more restrained audiovisual style, which simply doesn’t hit as hard (for better or worse) as Wild Hogs.
