It’s bigger and more porky than before, but not some gigantic hog that takes over the pen and spends all day happily rolling in mud and eating anything it can get its teeth into. Overall, Piggy Blitz Disco Gold sticks closely to the prior formula – landing Cash Coins, sometimes collecting Cash Coins, and then diving into Blitz Spinz to land and collect even more Cash Coins. It’s very much a Coin-first slot.

That makes it notable that Play’n GO has bolted on a new Free Spinz mode that doesn’t include Cash Coins or Piggy Bank symbols at all. Maybe it’s there for players who want to keep pushing through Piggy Blitz Disco Gold but would like a breather from constant Cash Coin hunting. Or perhaps it’s aimed at those who enjoy the idea of landing helpful multipliers on a board filled only with royals and the top-value pay symbol. It’s an idea, even if Free Spinz can feel a touch mismatched. Just a bit.
