Wilds

The standard wild works as a substitute for pay symbols, while the other two wilds come with added effects. The Exploding Wild triggers when it’s part of a winning cluster. It removes all pay symbols in an X-shape area above and below its position. Is it just me, or does this give off serious Sugar Rush energy? Exactly—and there’s plenty of overlap between the two. On the upside, Oxygen can reach a top win of 25,000x the bet, meaning those hefty position multipliers can genuinely matter—though bigger numbers don’t automatically mean a better experience.

One issue is watching multipliers above x1,000 sit in free spins while nothing connects with them, leaving them both enticing and useless in equal measure. On the other hand, even a fairly small cluster paired with a huge multiplier can turn out to be extremely rewarding—or “Oxygenic,” as the game puts it. The Dealer and Collector multiplier features are also strong additions, giving players plenty of tools that can combine into something substantial.
