Monopoly Rent Rush: Slot Overview
It seems like we only just covered another Monopoly slot, and in fact we did: Monopoly Cash is King, also created by software provider Red Tiger. This time it’s Monopoly Rent Rush, and with the studio paying for a license from toy giant Hasbro, it makes sense they’d want to maximise what they can do with the brand. That’s fitting, really, because the classic capitalist board game Monopoly is all about becoming a property mogul and pressuring opponents until they’ve mortgaged everything to cover rent and are left with nothing, while the winner swims in a pile of (fake) banknotes.
Rather than unfolding on a street-filled board, Monopoly Rent Rush is set in front of a large, flashy mansion—clearly owned by someone who’s done very well. Still, even though the backdrop could suit almost any riches-themed slot, the name, the four property cards above the reels, and the appearance of Mr Monopoly make it obvious what game you’re playing. That can be a plus or a minus, since while the board game is hugely loved, its online casino adaptations tend to split opinion.

Choose a wager from $/€0.10 to $/€20 and press spin to set a 5×3 gaming area in motion, checking wins from left to right across its 25 inbuilt paylines. With highly volatile maths, Monopoly Rent Rush comes in multiple RTP setups, and the most player-friendly option is the 96.07% version.
On the low end, the colourful 10 to Ace symbols pay 4x to 6x the stake for 5-of-a-kind, while the premium icons—top hats, bags of cash, piggy banks, and suitcases of cash—return 8x to 40x for 5 OAK. Wilds replace any paying symbol to help complete combinations. They can appear on every reel, and a five-Wild win pays 40x the stake as well.
Monopoly Rent Rush: Slot Features

This game’s feature set includes Rent Prizes, Nudges, House for Rent, Generous Hands, free spins, and feature buys.
- Rent Prizes – A property card sits above each of the first 4 reels, and House symbols can also land on those reels. When House symbols land at the same time as a 1×4 Mr Monopoly symbol on the rightmost reel, the Rent Prizes shown on the matching property cards are awarded. Based on how many House symbols appear on a reel, the leftmost reel’s prizes range from 2x to 8x, the second reel’s are worth 3x to 10x, the third reel’s are 4x to 15x, and the fourth reel’s pay 5x to 25x the bet.
- Nudge – Randomly, on a spin where House symbols have landed but Mr Monopoly hasn’t, the rightmost reel can nudge to bring Mr Monopoly into view.
- House for Rent – Randomly, when Mr Monopoly lands, there is a chance he tosses his top hat and adds 1 or more House symbols to random positions.
Generous Hand
When Mr Monopoly lands alongside House symbols, he can grant either a Multiplier Roll or a Property Upgrade.
- Multiplier Roll – The player rolls 2 dice, and a multiplier lane with 12 sectors appears on the right side of the reels, each sector showing a random multiplier. The dice result decides how many steps are taken along the multiplier lane. The multiplier awarded is applied to any Rent Prizes won. Available multipliers range from x2 to x12.
- Property Upgrade – When triggered, Mr Monopoly adds 1 extra House to every reel where House symbols have landed. If 4 Houses land on the same reel, they upgrade into a Hotel super symbol sized 1×4. Hotel Rent Prizes on the leftmost, second, third, and fourth reels are worth 50x, 100x, 350x, and 1,000x the bet, respectively.
Free Spins
Landing a Diamond scatter on the rightmost reel gives a chance of randomly triggering 3 free spins. When free spins begin, Mr Monopoly becomes locked to the rightmost reel for the entire bonus. During the feature, only House or empty symbols can appear. House symbols lock in place, and each new House resets the spin counter. On the final spin, if no House symbols land, there is a chance Mr Monopoly activates House for Rent, adding one or more House symbols to random positions and resetting the spin count. Once the round ends, Mr Monopoly always awards either Multiplier Roll or Property Upgrade or both.
Feature Buy
There are two purchasable options. For 12x the bet, players can ensure Mr Monopoly lands together with at least one House symbol. For 50x, players can purchase the bonus round.

Monopoly Rent Rush: Slot Verdict
Coming soon after the previous release, Red Tiger has delivered another nicely crafted Monopoly slot that should suit players who have a soft spot for the physical board game. As with Monopoly Cash is King, Monopoly Rent Rush packs in plenty of Monopoly flavour through its houses, cards, and its upbeat mascot. The four property cards above the reels, along with Mr Monopoly himself, keep the theme front and centre and help bridge the gap between tabletop and slot. Anyone who likes seeing familiar properties and imagery reimagined on the reels should find plenty to enjoy, even if it doesn’t capture quite as much of the tangible board-game feel as the last title.
Another difference between the two is that Monopoly Rent Rush leans more into a hold ‘n’ win-style core mechanic rather than a traditional free spins focus. Players like different things, so if you enjoy locking symbols in place and collecting the total at the end, Monopoly Rent Rush is likely the better fit. It’s also a strong pick for anyone prioritising big upside. It’s not always clear why slot developers choose certain directions, but in this case Red Tiger has set the maximum potential at 17,497x the stake. To get anywhere near that number, Mr Monopoly will presumably need to be extremely kind with Multiplier Rolls and Property Upgrades.
Monopoly Rent Rush is yet another sleek Monopoly slot that should win over fans of online casino takes on the famous board game. There was no shortage of Monopoly slots before this one arrived, but it still brings plenty of recognisable nods for fans, making it a solid entry in the Monopoly-themed lineup.
