When you’re done playing, you may want something to reset your brain—like watching an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians after a horror film. It’s amusing how returning to slots like Immortal Romance, A Dark Matter, or Mysterious suddenly feels like Barney the Dinosaur teaching the four times table.

Another potential sticking point is how complex the bonus rounds are. No one doubts Mental can explode when the right symbols show up, but it does edge into “a bit too complicated” at times.
