The 1×3 wild is strong when it appears, and it can drag in extra wilds to create some tasty wins in both directions. Beyond that, there isn’t much else. The lightning-charged respin mechanic is fun at first, but the excitement fades once you’ve watched it play out a handful of times. Games without a proper free spins round rarely win us over, and Legendary Excalibur follows that pattern. Something just isn’t quite there. Free spins can be tough to trigger in many slots, but removing the possibility entirely keeps Legendary Excalibur stuck in the middle of the pack.
