Lara Croft Tomb of the Sun arguably has a cleaner look and offers a more absorbing setting for players to imagine they’re doing a bit of tomb raiding alongside the most famous Tomb Raider of them all. Still, once you get past the presentation, the gameplay is very similar.

Another change is the “rising” nature of the jackpots, meaning the values aren’t fixed and can, in theory, improve the longer you continue playing. Even with that, caps limit how far they can climb, and that isn’t always a positive.
