Jiggly Cash: Slot Overview
Before we dive into the review, a quick detour: out of the absolutely massive roster of Pokémons to catch, one of the funniest has to be the adorable little Jigglypuff. It’s definitely not a powerhouse Pokémon—no Rayquaza, that’s for sure. Instead, Jigglypuff’s claim to fame is its singing, and once it starts, listeners can’t resist drifting off into a heavy sleep. Then, thinking everyone nodded off because they were bored, it scribbles all over their faces. Classic.
Which, in a roundabout way, brings us to the slot we’re looking at: Jiggly Cash from software house Thunderkick. Sadly for Pokémon lovers, Jiggly Cash has nothing to do with that character. What it is, is a scatter pay slot that technically sits in the sweety bracket, only here the emphasis is more on jelly than on hard sweets or candy floss. Visually, it’s as bright and playful as you’d expect, set in a sugary, jellied fantasy world that looks like you could take a bite out of the scenery.

Jiggly Cash runs on a 6-reeled grid with 5 rows of symbols. Any time 8 or more matching symbols appear anywhere on the board, it counts as a win. Thunderkick rates the volatility as very high, while the return to player is 96.19% by default or 96.46% if you buy the feature for 110 times the stake. Stakes in the base game range from 10 p/c per paid spin up to $/€100 for those looking to play at the top end.
The main mechanic is the Avalanche feature, where winning symbols are removed and new (or remaining) symbols fall into the gaps. This continues until no further win is created. Once the Avalanche chain ends, the combined win total is paid. Thunderkick has also given every symbol a name. From low to high, there are the moon, flower, leaf, star, and heart, followed by the mid-pay Blue Jiggly, Purple Jiggly, Green Jiggly, and Yellow Jiggly, with the Red Jiggly as the sole high-paying symbol. Payouts range from 0.1 to 5 times the stake for an 8-symbol scatter win up to 0.5 to 30 times the stake for a 12+ symbol scatter win. In Jiggly Cash, Thunderkick has chosen not to use a wild symbol.
Jiggly Cash: Slot Features

That said, Jiggly Cash does include Mystery symbols, Multiplier symbols, and Bonus symbols, and these are what trigger the game’s related features.
Multiplier Feature
When a win lands horizontally or vertically next to a Multiplier symbol, the Multiplier feature is triggered. The relevant Multiplier symbol is removed from the reels, and its value is added to the running total multiplier. Multiplier symbol values can be x2, x3, x5, x10, x25, x50, x100, or x250. If Multipliers are triggered during the Avalanche feature, the final win is multiplied by the total multiplier once the sequence finishes. Multipliers carry over throughout the Avalanche chain, but they reset after the win has been paid.
Mystery Feature
If a win hits horizontally or vertically next to a Mystery symbol, the Mystery feature is activated. When a Mystery symbol is active during an Avalanche feature, and before any scatter pay wins are calculated, the Mystery feature selects a random low-pay symbol and transforms every instance of it into a mid or high-paying symbol.
Bonus Game
Landnig 3 bonus symbols in the base game awards 10 free spins, or, if 3 land in the bonus round, +5 free spins are awarded. Active multipliers from the main game are reset when the bonus round starts. During the bonus round, all activated multiplier values are added up and stored in the JIGGLYBANK for the duration of the round. For the multiplier to be applied at the end of an Avalanche sequence, the Multiplier feature must be activated at least during it.

Jiggly Cash: Slot Verdict
It’s worth saying upfront: Jiggly Cash feels like it borrows heavily from Pragmatic Play and titles such as Gates of Olympus, among others. Scatter-paying slots are clearly enjoying a bit of a resurgence right now. What used to be more closely associated with studios like Pragmatic Play has since attracted plenty of other developers trying to claim their share. A few other examples include ELK Studios’ Ashoka and NetEnt’s Milkshake XXXtreme, to name just 3 very different options.
With so many ideas flying around in the scatter-pay space, it was notable to see Thunderkick follow one of the earlier format leaders so closely. Scatter wins, sweet treats, multiplier symbols, Avalanches—are we describing Jiggly Cash or Sweet Bonanza? In truth, a bit of both, though Jiggly Cash does have a couple of angles that could make it the more tempting pick. One is that the Multiplier feature can show up in the base game. You don’t need to grind through regular spins to reach free spins before the big multipliers kick in, like the Candy Bombs in Sweet Bonanza. Symbol payouts in Jiggly Cash are slightly modest, but with multipliers reaching x250 each, those numbers can ramp up fast if things go your way. The top potential, at 10,000x the bet, may not look as eye-catching as the more established rival, but it comes across as more achievable, which counts for something.
All in all, in the rapidly expanding scatter pay slot category, Jiggly Cash looks more than capable of holding its own. It has that familiar Thunderkick polish, plenty of jiggly charm, and feature potential that can really deliver. The mechanics aren’t wildly groundbreaking at heart, but when they come together this smoothly, there’s not much to grumble about.
