Cash Truck 2: Slot Overview
When the original Cash Truck slot launched, it was easy to think Quickspin were having a cheeky dig at fellow studio Relax Gaming – Cash Truck/Money Train, really? But once you got spinning, it quickly became obvious Quickspin meant business, delivering a seriously entertaining online slot with a gripping setting, excellent mechanics, and the chance of landing some hefty wins. And since the first game clearly struck a chord, Quickspin has returned with fresh ideas and produced Cash Truck 2.
One of the standout touches in Cash Truck was the scrolling desert chase, giving the impression you were pursuing a cash-loaded truck. That same sensation returns in Cash Truck 2, only now the backdrop has shifted from sweeping desert scenery and Monument Valley-style views to a high-speed run toward a futuristic city under a hazy yellow sky. The vibe is reminiscent of Blade Runner 2049 when K travels to Las Vegas, rendered unliveable after radiation from a dirty bomb. Like the film, Cash Truck 2 drops players into a post-apocalyptic, anything-goes world where survival comes first. Put simply, it’s just as exhilarating as the first slot (metal-fuelled soundtrack included) and ideal for a dose of cyberpunk escapism.

Offering 2 ways to play, players can set stakes from 10 p/c to $/€100 and either spin through the base game or purchase direct entry to the bonus action. The choices are 85 times the bet for at least three bonus symbols to activate the Bonus Game, or 250x the bet for at least two bonus symbols and 1 super bonus symbol to trigger the Super Bonus Game. The standard RTP sits at 96.1%, while it rises to 96.6% for the bought bonus game and 96.74% for the bought Super Bonus Game. Unsurprisingly, Cash Truck 2 is a highly volatile slot, scored 5 out of 5 by Quickspin.
Cash Truck 2 runs on a 6-reel grid that’s 7 rows tall, though each reel features 2 to 4 symbols locked. When a win lands, the winning symbols are removed and new ones drop in, while up to 3 to 5 random locked positions are unlocked to reveal what’s underneath. Cascades keep going until no further win is formed. Symbols include clubs, spades, diamonds, and hearts as low pays, a blue pistol, a pink gun, a med kit, plus 3 character symbols as mid pays, with another character acting as the top-paying symbol. Hitting 6-of-a-kind pays 0.4x for low symbols, 0.6 to 1.5x for mid symbols, and 3x the bet for the premium symbol. Wilds assist by substituting for all standard pay symbols to help complete wins.
Cash Truck 2: Slot Features

The main objective in Cash Truck 2 is to set off the Truck Raider Bonus Game, essentially a hold ‘n win round turned up to the max. Alongside that, the base game includes a couple of special modifier symbols:
- Compressor – clears every symbol from the screen except wilds or scatters, triggering a tumble. After the tumble, if no wins land, the compressor and all adjacent symbols are removed. Any locked symbols next to the compressor are unlocked.
- Cloner – picks 4 to 8 random symbols on the screen and changes them all into one of the symbols shown on the first reel. The cloner itself also turns into the selected symbol.
Truck Raider Bonus Game
This feature activates when 3 unlocked bonus symbols appear anywhere on the reels. If more than 3 bonus symbols start the feature, the Bonus Game begins with 1 extra Expander symbol for each extra bonus symbol. The round starts with 3 spins, and symbols show values as multiples of the base bet. Landing any symbol restores the spin count back to 3. Each spin can drop cash or special symbols, and every one locks in positions for the remainder of the feature unless another mechanic removes it. The special modifier symbols are:
- Expander – unlocks 3 random positions from the locked area.
- Booster – adds its value to all other symbols in the unlocked play area when it lands.
- Super Booster – adds its value to all other symbols in the unlocked area when it lands and on each following spin.
- Grabber – adds the values of all other symbols in the unlocked area to itself when it lands.
- Super Grabber – adds the values of all other symbols in the unlocked area to itself when it lands and on each following spin.
- Doubler – doubles its value whenever the spin counter resets to 3.
- Cloner – selects the highest value in the unlocked screen, grabs the amount to itself and clones it to some empty spots.
- Compressor – adds the values of all cash symbols in the unlocked area to itself, then removes those cash symbols, making space on the board.
Super Bonus Game
If one of the triggering symbols is a super bonus symbol, the Super Bonus Game is awarded instead. Everything works the same, except the Super Bonus symbol remains in play and transforming into a Doubler, Super Booster, or Super Grabber for the feature.

Cash Truck 2: Slot Verdict
Cash Truck 2 isn’t strictly the second Cash Truck release. That honour goes to Cash Truck Xmas Delivery, which, as the name suggests, gave the concept a festive reskin for anyone wanting some truck-chasing fun over the holidays. As a true sequel, though, Cash Truck 2 delivers pretty much everything fans of the original could reasonably want. The soundtrack hits hard, the atmosphere is intense, and the gameplay can be punishing too. Quickspin has successfully recaptured the pulse of the original Cash Truck, building another absorbing world to get lost in while also tweaking the numbers and refining the features. Bottom line: if Cash Truck got you fired up, Cash Truck 2 is well worth checking out as well.
That said, it can be a demanding ride, so it’s not necessarily ideal for a light, casual punt. Natural free spins triggers can take some work to arrive, and buying the Truck Raider Bonus Game can swing from great to disappointing and everything in between—hardly surprising if you already know Cash Truck, but it’s worth stating. On the flip side, when the feature starts clicking, Cash Truck 2 can really take off. The maximum win is listed as 35,000x the bet, which was the top result achieved during the studio’s test session of 84 million spins. Overall win probabilities—such as the Super Win (40x) 1 in 237, Mega Win (70x) 1 in 467, or Epic Win (100x) 1 in 822—are improved compared to before, and the default RTP is also higher. Just note that the return is also available in three lower configurations.
Yes, the sequel doesn’t reinvent the wheel with dramatic new ideas, and many of the upgrades are more incremental than revolutionary. As a result, some players may feel the buzz has cooled a little, which explains the mixed responses. Even so, it’s hard to argue against Cash Truck 2 as a strong follow-up, hitting the right notes with dependable mechanics and carefully tuned improvements. The appeal of the Cash Truck series is how effectively it pulls players into a post-apocalyptic wasteland where law and order have collapsed, exposing a harsher, dog-eat-dog side of humanity.
