The 4×4 regular symbol area also seemed slightly cramped at first, but since wins only need four or more matching symbols anywhere, it didn’t take long before the grid felt perfectly fine. The crate-breaking and Bandit hit-point idea initially came across as a touch gimmicky too, so its distinct style took a moment to click.

Once it settled in, though, Bounty County proved to be a genuinely fun scatter-paying slot. Winning symbols landing next to Crates and breaking them to trigger effects is a strong hook, with a faint Fire in the Hole-ish vibe, and Gun Crates blasting Bandits to chip away at their hit points added another satisfying layer.
